  In heart od Batumi, very good placed with good service, clean... But, parking is problem, and loud music in the night from disco near, spoil a bit...

  This hotel was a disaster. Arrived Sunday evening 1st August our room was double booked put us in a what smelt like a smokers room. Next moved to our room with a balcony the bed collapsed when we were sitting on it. Also very noisy at night from clubs nearby, avoid!

  Fantastic location, staff very nice and helpful. good prices On the top of building here is huge terrasse👌🏼

  There is no hot water, the staff told us that this is the problem in the whole town. Hotels should have some alternative source of hot water for their guests, but this hotel does not. What is the most terrible - the staff even does not try to solve this problem and help the guests to get a shower somehow. The mattress is with springs and thus is very noisy and soft. The tv does not work properly (only sound and the screen does not work). The location is very nice though.

  Great location (close to the seaside and old city at the same time), friendly staff, lovely terrace
