::Very nice hotel. Nice room not so big. Very large and clean bathroom. Nice breakfast.

::Initially we were assigned a room with 2 single beds, when I brought this up, they rechecked the system and gave us pretty much similar room but 2 single beds joined together. 1 of the mattresses were completely worn out and sinking and the AC was not working, which resulted in me not sleeping well the first night. I complained about it the next day, and I was assured it would be taken care of. Breakfast buffet was pretty much same everyday and was quite limited. 2 eggs dishes, beef sausage, pork sausage, oats, and rice. Besides that you have some fruits , bread and cheese options. Else the standard cereal , and beverages, unlike the lavish spread in most 4*+ hotels I've seen typically. When we got back, somewhere around midnight, we see the AC is not fixed, the mattress is replaced but still too soft and you can still feel the springs inside. When I complained about this again, they said they could take care of this tomorrow. Which I quickly refused, as when one travels you should make sure you get a decent amount of rest as well. You don't want your holidays to be messed up . So they showed me another room, which felt a bit more congested. I'm not sure why. Finally after a bit of going back and forth, they showed me the suite, and upgraded me there at around midnight ! A day or so later, we run into an issue where there's no water in the taps. Which got resolved after a call with less water pressure but still.. While the attendants in the hotel were easier to speak to, an experience like this can definitely dampen the overall experience of the holiday

::Luxury hotel located near by Tbilisi downtown.. well maintained and excellent service .. very prominent response from the supporting staff .. it’s very close to funicular hill station .. easy to reach from liberty square .. just walkable distance and three route exits will help you to reach any tourist points .. exceptionally good breakfast .. well maintained rooms .. just enjoy your stay here

::Great rooms - warm, well lit, spacious. Awesome breakfast, great ambience. Great service in all means. Addressed to small issues noted within no time. Very close to the Tbilisi city centre. Recommended.
