  Cozy rooms and nice wiew from balcony. Large and clean pool. Not many type of food at the breakfast.

  Not bad for telavi, but a lot of things need to change in order to make it better place

  Issues with Hapo Hotel 1. No one speaks English. Do not come here is you cannot speak their language. 2. Only one staff on duty all night in the full hotel. No one answers the phone at reception at night. The person on duty only speaks Russian 3. No housekeeping. Supposed to be a hotel. But no one to clean the room. 4. They employ 15 year old school children to serve alcohol in the bar. 5. Horrible horrible food. I asked for vegetable omelette and toast. They game me an omelette with lettuce stuffed inside it. Cooked lettuce ????? And ice cold slices of bread. When I asked them they said they keep th bread in the freezer so it won't go bad. And they literally sliced frozen bread and served it to me. 6. No trash can in room. So make sure you have nothing to throw once you check in. 7. No road leading up to the main entrance in the hotel. Have to check in through the fitness center. So if you have to come, don't bring bags. It's a 7-10 minutes walk with bags. Depending how much you. You go up a few stairs. Then you go down a few stairs. Then you go up one floor after walking pal the swimming pool with all your luggage. And the. You reach reception on floor 2. 8. When I said I was going to complain, the man who owns this property threatened me with the police. 9. Have loud loud people sitting on the open terrace of the hotel until late hours of the night. We couldn't sleep until 2 am. Drinking in an open terrace. 10. No phone in room to contact reception, housekeeping or restaurant. 11. Oh yes, there is no housekeeping department. 12. No iron in the room. And no housekeeping department. So no one to check with for an iron. 13. No mirror in the room. So if someone is using the bathroom you cannot get ready. You have to wait. 14. Looks and feels like a college hostel. With a make shift cafe being called a restaurant. 15. Only thing available in abundance is alcohol. 16. Did not give me a receipt for my payment at check in. Still don't have a receipt. I asked for it repeatedly. 17. No towels at the pool. Same towel to be used for your room and the pool. 18. Make shift cafe also only employs school children. They couldn't even find me a menu for about 10 minutes. They had to go somewhere and bring back a menu. 19. No staff at the pool. 20. No security staff throughout the hotel. 21. No evacuation process in case of emergency. 22. One elevator for the full hotel. Very slow. And doors take ages to open and shut. 23. So not use booking.com. They refused to take ownership for the misrepresentation at the hotel. Because they were unable to reach anyone. At a hotel that should have 24 hour front desk staff. Which is what I kept repeating to them. Shouldn't that tell you something ? A hotel where no one answers your call. How safe are you. What do you do in an emergency. Because last I checked, emergencies don't give you any advance warning. Horrible horrible horrible service from booking.com. Rudest most obnoxious staff when you call them. They have no number to call in Georgia. So it's an international call. Cost me a lot to speak to them. 24. Terrible terrible wifi. Unable to connect for hours. Shows it's connected but nothing works. 25. The breakfast was atrocious, literally 2 tables put together and there is milk but nothing to have it with.   They have not dinner and they have not good breakfast, inside to flat swimming pool not free also they have not given any booklets.. one man talk to Turkish language but on the reception no one know English but staff very friendly
