  A big plus of this place is comfortable communication with the staff (owners) of the hotel, an excellent common area with a sofa, a common kitchenette and a fridge and a low price. I would gladly put the estimate higher, but the number itself leaves much to be desired, terrible stuffiness, a window inside the building, i.e. do not ventilate, toilet bowl barely working and not attached lid, shower directly over the toilet, tightness and so forth. In general, the option will suit you only if you are not tied to komfotrtu.

  It‘s a very cheep hostel and you have neraly everything you need. So if you only stay for some days its pretty good. You are also close to the Center, it takes you 10minutes by car, and Taxis are quite cheep (~1-2 Dollars). The owner of the Hostel is also very freindly and helpful so if you need some help you can ask him everthing. The only thing what would make it even better is a A/C And some more cooking tools.   Did not like. Of the minuses - no windows. An incomprehensible parody of the window seems to go out into the elevator shaft, from which there is a constant noise. Bed synthetic - electrified. Faulty plumbing. A very small shower room with a toilet, after taking a shower, everything becomes wet and the toilet too. It is located in a residential building. The territory around the house is dirty. For such a service is very high price. Of the benefits - near the subway.

  Purely. The owner is good. There is Wi-Fi and air conditioning. There are no windows in the rooms and the humidity is high, ventilation is not thought out. The shower is very uncomfortable. Mattresses are cheap. Hear everything that happens. Overpriced.
