  The most friendly host I have ever seen. Perfect location, a better location would be difficult to imagine. It's clean with AC and good pillows. Overall it's the best place if you are planning to stay in Mtskheta.

  Отличный гестхаус! Очень добрая хозяйка Анна, все чисто и очень уютно, а расположен в самом центре Мцхеты, с выходом прямо к стенам собора Светицховери. (Адрес я уже изменил, точка в гугл картах верная, рядом со стенами собора) обязательно приезжайте!

  ATTENTION: wrong address on Google maps (until now)! you end up in the middle of nowhere if you drive with very bad roads. Just enter Old Capital Mtskheta and this place is next door. Other than that it's great (one point deduction for the wrong address). Really central, rooms are new and clean, the hosts great and the terrace perfect for the evening outside.
