The guest house is located directly in the residential sector, at the stage of unfinished renovation. Far from the city center. And somewhere new repairs are needed. Ours was on the first floor a 4-bed room at the stage of unfinished renovation: 3 beds (the mattresses are old, very soft, the springs are felt. They put another cotton mattress on top of them, but this does not save the situation, they promised to change one couch-sofa (the folding mechanism is broken 3500 rubles per day. (Expensive for a room with such shortcomings) In winter, they clarified whether breakfast is included in the cost of living, but it does. not prepared for moving in: absolutely dirty floor, windows. There was dust in the comot drawers. We decided to wash the room. There were guest gel, shampoo, soap. Snow-white linens, towels, bathrobe. There was no toothpaste and brushes. Later they brought in. Lack of shower room. We did not understand, this is necessary or is also under renovation. Garbage for three days has never been removed from the room. Wet cleaning was not done, we don’t know, maybe it was necessary to ask. TV in the room did not work. worker shu a bit too little. Wi-fi is. Ceiling lighting only. There was no night light. The furniture is old and needs attention. Modern wardrobe with hangers, door hinges require attention. Lack of plinths, platbands. The wiring comes out of the walls, clogged. Plastic windows, swing-out mechanism. The window needs adjustment, it is skewed. Lack of mosquito nets. Lack of air conditioning. Common living / dining room with TV. There is an opportunity for the little ones to prepare meals. Food can be ordered, brought to the guest house. You can cook yourself or go to a cafe. The cafe turned out to be cheaper. The food is delicious, the fruits / vegetables are delicious. The bread is delicious. Free parking right under the window of the room. Terrace. Green backyard. Tent, mongal, chairs, table, chaise lounge. For us personally, worn-out mattresses have become a fat minus. Breakfast is not included in the price. Otherwise, you can close your eyes. The price-performance ratio is unjustified.
