  I ordered an item from UK (through eBay). Seller sent it without tracking number and assured me that I will receive my order within 2 weeks. After receiving a letter from seller, that item has to be already with me, I went to the post office. I was told that they can't find my order. Seller thought that Royal or Gpost lost my order, so he sent me another one. I went to the post office second time. I was told - "we cant find your order, sorry"... Then, (after 1,5 month) I decided to ask the Gpost (Tbilisi) about my order. They found both of my orders in 1 minute...and the respond was - "your orders arrived on time, with no delays. We don't know they were not able to find your order"...

  Very hight and unreasonable shipping rates. This is ridiculous. To send an item to US (for example clothes) you have to pay 46 USD (1kg) and the shipping time is 2-4 weeks. The last time I sent an item from EU to US the shipping cost was only 10 EUR for the same shipping time and weight.

  U come here i can guarantee u _ull lose ur patience and temper soon... Reminds me of a hell... Too hot inside too much crowded and noisy. Ull have to spend here half of a day in oder to get what ure came here for.. And you might not even get it that day. Management sucks, lack of staff keeps people waiting. Not to mention there are NO sitting places at all..Senior or Someone feels bad they would have to lie on the floor. If you think your life is full of fun and you like-come visit this place and youll Change your mind TIP : arrive 30 min before the opening time

  I went there on Thursday around 14:00 and waited about 50 minutes to send an Air mail to Japan (it costs 2.9Lari for one small envelope). Staff said that all of receiver's address and name must be written in English. Only 3 counters were working and no chairs for customers to wait, more than 20 peoples were standing and waiting about 1 hour. I recommend not to go in busy time, you can go around after you take token number.
