::This isn't a "4-star" hotel like the travel agency we got advertise it as. Fixtures are broken, bathroom reeks of sewage smell sometimes. God knows what's under those sheets and the carpets. You can see stains on the walls, USB charging ports do not work, elevator is too small. The only saving grace to this place is the breakfast buffet which is quite good. The location is quite far from Meidan too which is where the fun's at. Save yourself time and just shell out more on a hotel in Meidan than stay here.

::Great staff, clean and spacious rooms, excellent food at Jimmy Jimmy. Overall very comfortable stay. 15 min car drive to Freedom Square, 6 min drive to Tbilisi Mall. Highly recommend this place.

::Hotel is located quite far from the main city which results in wastage of our time during the actual sightseeing tours. Room was good & view from the room was also very good. They have good options in Breakfast but only problem is they do not label any food so we are not aware of what we are eating, unless we ask the staff every time. Good Swimming Pool & Sauna is also available in the Hotel. All the staff of the hotel was very polite, good & always happy to help. Overall my experience was good.
