  We have two weeks rest for parents and two children. It is noticed that it is very clean here: the rooms are cleaned constantly (no hair, dust, foreign objects), linen and white towels and creak from freshness, we walk in the rooms barefoot (we took rooms for children and adults, so as not to interfere with each other). The water from the tap is excellent: hair and skin are immediately noticed. The staff is wonderful, they meet all questions from washing things to requests for breakfast. The hotel is new, everything is in excellent condition, it works. Internet, TV guide - there is. Air conditioning. Tea, water in the room. The beaches are sandy, 10-15 minutes walk to them along the arboretum. We are fine, someone far away. On the beach bar, equipment. The sea is clean, few people. 200 m winery from the hotel. It is possible to deliver food to the room and order individual and group excursions and tours (ask the administrator). 100 total likes!

  I have never written reviews about a hotel, but this time I want to dilute this sugaryness with reality. Firstly: about the location - to go to normal beaches (mocha, loft) for more than a kilometer. As well as to the normal place of food (leon, ertsakhu). That it was extremely uncomfortable with the child. Secondly: the hotel itself is small, the rooms are small, the child has nowhere to crawl, and eco-lamps (which the owners are so proud of) carry a huge risk of injury. Therefore, the name Family Inn does not justify itself. Plus, there is unrealistic audibility in the room: you can hear the TV from above, and the steps tremble along the walls. Cleaning, as promised, every day (except weekends), BUT the towels were not changed, but they were dried, the bed linen was NOT changed (10 nights with a small child, we DON'T CHANGE THE LINEN), but refueled (even if the baby spat out and there were stains), the floors were washed so that the legs stick a little. Thirdly: about breakfast - the promised "buffet" is the same day after day, half-eaten products from the last day (cottage cheese, sour cream, two jams, honey, sausage, cheese, tea, bread, fruit (not fresh). They also offer to make scrambled eggs or porridge (the cooking option was not impressed - half-baked scrambled eggs). That's it, one or two purchased dumplings, once burnt fat rolls with cheese. Fourthly: about the owners - they asked for a highchair when booking, and never saw it (there were 11 days. Yes, they asked. Yes, every time they promised "here is today"), in the yard, a dog eternally barking in the evenings, nights and mornings (kind, good, but unrealistically loud and barking for a long time) - the window cannot be opened, a child and the adult wakes up for one or two with the doors and windows tightly closed. Further, the hospitality of the owners distinguished, but not on the guests of the hotel: in the evenings, noisy feasts in the courtyard, guests have nowhere to go, noise, din, laughter from the company (taking into account no noise insulation) screaming children. As a result, sit in a small room, listen to the scream and cannot sleep, about the child in generally keep quiet. Well, in general: the locals somehow do not really like tourists (or Russians): they try to sell pseudo-alcohol and the same honey, the churchkhella stinking of slop (even for a child), shashlik and lyulya just like coal. And, by the way, we, a couple of people walking with a stroller in which the child is 11 months old, on the second day of arrival, two young Abkhazians in a car (stopped on the highway) promised to SHOOT us for the fact that our husband was without a T-shirt (an unsociable path along the sea to the beach)! Like this. It's hard to fall in love with Abkhazia. We will never go again. And we advise everyone to think twice.
