  For the second time in a row, I went to this Entree at the advertised opening time. They say it opens at 8, but they are late in opening. I entered this morning at 8:06 a.m. and I was rudely informed that they were not open. I asked, "when do you open?" And they said, "8:00 a.m." I responded that it was after 8, but they still told me that they were closed. It was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I understand that people are late sometimes, but they could have apologized for running late instead of asking me to leave.

  Best espresso in Tbilisi. High quality food, snacks and sweets.

  Very good food and coffee, but can be super slow. I suggest to the managers to optimize the service flow which is very inefficient!

  I like this chain of Kafees in Tbilisi, as they open early and always have fresh bread an sandwiches, along with the salads and hot dishes. It is perfect place for pastry assortment. This is good place not only for short lunch brake but also for nice chat with friend over a portion of ice cream. This kafee serves nice variety of soups and have really very welcoming staff members, who remember you choice and could offer matching your taste.

  I don't think tourist are welcome in this cafe. We stayed right opposite to the cafe and decided to have coffee. We didn't know that it was a self service cafe. It's very unique. We took a table and a hostess passes by who rudely said " If you are waiting for me then you should know it's self service" I went to the counter to place the order and also informed her that it was our first time here. She just ignored and gave the balance. The cafe was very busy which doesn't mean that you don't value your customers especially tourist. So if you are a tourist then please avoid this cafe. They are happy with their local clients who don't really care about customer service.
