  bad attitude, dishonest people, old car, broken English. Long story, but it might be helpful 1,Piqria is the owner of this school , I guess herself left the comment “best driving school in English” here. Maybe her sister left another good comment as they have exactly the same family name. 2, I'm a foreigner who wanted to get a driving license in Tbilisi, so I contacted Piqria and started the lessons with her, after 3 lessons,I had to stop because I couldn't stand her attitude anymore.we agreed that I pay her 25 gel every time I take a lesson,I trusted her and let her keep my 100 gel after the 2nd lesson when she didn't have changes(75 gel),and told her it'll cover 3 more lessons. The third time I had a practical lesson, she asked me to pay more to the instructor who works for her driving school while she still have my 75 gel. then we had some arguments and I didn't want to continue,this was the main reason. Following are some others: 1) the first day I paid 50 gel to her as she told me it was for authority to check my passport and imformation,later I asked if there is a receipt for this 50 gel,she said no receipt. when we had the argument and I was doubting about this,she changed her words and said that she has the receipt,but I met her 3 times and she never gave it to me. 2) During my second lesson, when I was having my lesson, other two locals were siting next to me and talking loudly while she didn't say a single word,which really disturbed me. it is a small room which is used as both office and classroom,so people come and you get disturbed often and easily. 3)I'm an English teacher on Internet. She said the instructor speaks English as well. I had one practical lesson with the instructor, he is a nice person, but his English is not even enough for basic conversation. Only words like: clutch, brake, put/move clutch/brake, 2nd stick, understand, no understand, garage etc. So I didn't get what I was supposed to be taught. What's more,the car is very old. steering wheel and brake didn't work well. Choose your driving school carefully and don't trust anyone so easily like I did if you are foreigner. Try to meet both the teacher and instructor to make sure their English is ok.Good luck!
