  We booked for 2 tours with City sightseeing in Tbilissi; the first with the very good guide called Zaza was very very good, Zaza speak a so good English and has the skill to create a good moove in the tourists team and like share about Georgia . The second tour was really bad, the guide didn't care of us , we didn't understand his english and the driver had such a dangerous way of driving. So if you choose this travel agency ; ask for the guide "Zaza" and you will enjoy your trip. For zaza and his driver I give 5 stars but not for the travel agency. When we complained to the girl at the office they didn't care. Below the photo of the good guide Zaza

  When we paid for the digital tickets online and we wanted to start the tour the bus guide said they won’t accept it until we go to the Main office which made us lose a lot of time!!! The bus drivers stopped in different spots for the same location!!! We literally had to run in the street to be able to ride!! The pdf map wasn’t very clear about the specific spot also. They stop for 1 min only in some-places which make it very hard for someone in the upper section of the bus to go down to leave the bus on time especially if they have kids! For an international company as city sightseeing the staff and drivers are expected to be welcoming and helpful,Some of them need to Improve.

  I did two tours with them and enjoyed both. Well organized and both good did a great and entertaining job.

  Went on a day tour to Gori and the experience was disappointing. First we went to Stalin's Museum and the tour guide was very quick and didn't give us enough time to look around. I could barely read and look at the displays. When we went to the Gori Caves the guide was in such a rush that we ended up losing her. We didn't have enough time to look around or enjoy the amazing view. The whole trip was rushed and the guide did not seem to care about the costumer's experience. She also blamed us for losing her in the caves when it was her fault for being in a hurry. We had so much time in our hands when the tour ended because of her haste.
