  В центре города. Шикарнейшее место, на площади свободы. Самые лучшие в мире продавцы. Очень-очень доброжелательные и наивнимательнешии :))). Будите в Тбилиси, посетите этот магазин обязательно, иначе Вы Грузию не видели :))). Вам ещё, и ещё, и ещё много-много раз захочется вернуться, и в этот магазин, и соответственно в Грузию. :))))

  We had an awful shopping experience in this store. We bought a pair of sunglasses for a birthday present. The sails assistant reassured us that , if need be, the model can be changed within seven days. The next day we came to do so with the birthday girl. Another shop assistant refused to change make the change until we bring the package (!?!) In a very rude manner. The day after when we came back with the package the same sails assistant explained that they don't have the practice to change sunglasses for another sunglasses but we can change them for a ...scarf (!?!?). When we asked for the manager it turned out that the manager is on a holiday. After a very heated dispute where basically the three-strong staff was shouting at the three of us and the three of us ended up shooting back, we finally got the wanted pair of sunglasses nearly thrown at as... At the end, when I threatened to write bad review, one of the sails assistants suddenly sobered up, opened the door for us and wished us a good day.... Extremely strange attitude.... A certain non go.
