   Google Our stay at the hotel was extremely comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were helpful, polite and welcoming. Our adhoc requests were accommodated willingly. A special mention to staff Katie and Sophie who were extremely professional and courteous and went out of their way to assist us. Keep up the fantastic work!

  For a 4 star Hotel... Bad Big room, but whenever bi went to the bathroom it smelled off cigarette smoke. Inconsistent breakfast. Can't pay online except with a physical letter from the back like I'm the 18th century because someone scammed them once. Staff is nice, it's not their fault. Management needs to get their stuff together

  The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were big, neat and clean. The breakfast was good but the number of items was less and breakfast could be improved. Overall the hotel was good for the money we paid.

  It was fascinating experience. The location, services, accommodations, very friendly staff - everything made my stay very comfortable and pleasant. I hope to be back to Tbilisi and Best Western!
