::Great place to practice ashtanga yoga with the qualified yoga instructors who are very caring and dedicated to the practice. Love the friendly atmosphere here too. ::Awesome place for practicing yoga, especially when the background music is Sigur Ros. I've been going for three months after not having done Yoga before. It's really helped my strength balance and flexibility and helped me to relax. Great studio with excellent staff. I only wish i had more time in my life to go to more sessions and look forward to. ::Yoga-unity of Body, Mind and Soul! It was a very good experience joining in Yoga House and I'm happy I did it. I really enjoy this classes, way of teaching, each yoga teacher explain the posture in depth knowledge, they are so helpful and dedicated. Overall, yoga helps me to improve my standard of living. The teacher and the manager of this Yoga House is the President of the Yoga federation in Republic of Georgia. He is the best teacher of Yoga in Georgia, as far as I know. He is very educated in Yoga and in generally, also, very reliable and trustful person to whom you can rely, he is a good friend for everybody. That is why I am giving a high recommendation to this Yoga House.
