  One price for rooms of different sizes. This is the biggest flaw. The house itself and the hostess are good. The rooms are clean. Very spacious kitchen. Water in the shower without temperature differences. There is not enough control over old products in the refrigerator and attention in the bathroom - there was no toilet paper and soap

  The best people from Kutaisi. I was there in 2018 and the hosts were so kind and hospitality. High recommendations from me... good luck.
